Service Description

If you are feeling a bit out of whack and need some downtime, this sound journey is designed to bring you back to balance. Immerse yourself with my medicine drum, ocean drum, rain stick, Native American flute, tongue drum, Koshi chimes, brass singing bowls, and rattle. The gentle sounds of the forest you will be cocooned in will add its own beauty. I will guide you on a heartfelt journey to bring balance to your chakras, deep relaxation of your body, and calmness in your mind. We naturally have a strong connection to the beat of a medicine drum. My rhythms will be different for each chakra, which will bring resonance within the chakras, allowing them to vibrate with the sound of the drum. This is where the magic is. What to bring - -Water -Extra pillows and blankets if you really want to snuggle in -And an open heart. I have yoga mats, throw rugs, and a cushion for each of you. Please do bring what else you need to feel safe, snuggly, and content.
