Holistic Creative Therapy sessions will lead you on a powerful Heartfelt Journey designed especially for you, my creative space is a nurturing, welcoming environment, where your Wellness is my priority and your confidentiality is guaranteed.

It is my passion to bring women just like you to a place of total acceptance. My desire for you is that you are able to Love yourself, no matter what. I want you be able to feel comfortable in your own skin, and be proud of who you are. You are Divine, and it is my true desire that you to feel your Divinity and Sovereignty in every part of your being.

Being creative within your own Journey will assist you to recognise, to value and to build on the individuality of who you are. Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy aims to support you to return to a place of balance and a feeling of wellness for your Mind, Body, Spirit & Emotions. 


Expressive therapies are the use of art, music, drama, dance/movement, poetry/creative writing, play, and holistic counselling.
